These terms govern your use of the Supermine Chrome extension, your Supermine account and superminebot.com, provided by Supermine Bot, B-203, Shiv Dhrasti Residency, Umbhel, Surat, Gujarat, India. By installing or using Supermine, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Supermine is an independent tool that helps IndiaMART sellers filter leads and automatically buy the leads that match rules the user sets in their own IndiaMART seller account. Supermine is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd.

2. Free trial

New accounts get a 15-day free trial. At the end of the trial, the service stops unless you buy a plan.

3. Plans, validity and renewal

• Each paid plan is valid for the period shown at the time of purchase (for example 3, 6 or 12 months).
• Plans do not renew automatically. To keep using Supermine, you must renew before your plan's validity ends.
• If you don't renew, the service stops at the end of the validity period. We'll try to remind you before your plan ends.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of payment. See our refund policy for details.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your IndiaMART account, your lead credits and the rules and daily limits you set in Supermine.
• You must use Supermine in line with IndiaMART's own terms of use and all applicable laws.
• Leads bought by Supermine according to your settings are treated as bought by you.
• You must keep your Supermine account details secure and not share your account.

6. No guarantees

We work to keep Supermine fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will capture any particular lead, that it will run without interruption, or that IndiaMART will not change its website in ways that affect the extension. We will make reasonable efforts to restore the service after such changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Supermine in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that misuses the service, breaks these terms or is used unlawfully.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
