This policy explains how Supermine Bot ("Supermine", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Supermine Chrome extension, your Supermine account and this website (superminebot.com).
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, business name, mobile number and email address.
- Your settings: the keywords, exclude words, locations, quantity rules and daily limits you set.
- Lead records: details of IndiaMART leads that Supermine reviews, buys or skips for you, such as the product, quantity, buyer city and state, buyer contact details shown to you by IndiaMART, the time and the reason for the decision.
- Demo and contact requests: the details you enter in forms on this website or send us on WhatsApp or email.
- Technical data: extension version, browser type and error logs that help us keep the service working.
What we do not collect
We never ask for, collect or store your IndiaMART password. The extension works inside your own Chrome browser, where you log in to IndiaMART yourself.
Where your data is stored
Your settings and lead records are stored on our servers, so your dashboard and exports work across sessions and devices. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect this data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to people who need it to run the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How we use information
- To run the features you turn on: filtering, auto-buying, the dashboard and exports.
- To manage your account, trial, plan and renewals.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To improve reliability and fix problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Buyer information
Lead records can include contact details of buyers who posted enquiries on IndiaMART. We store these only on your behalf, so that you can view and export your own leads. We do not sell them, contact these buyers ourselves or use them for any other purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Supermine (such as hosting, email and form-delivery providers), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep your settings and lead records while your account is active. After your account is closed, we delete or anonymise this data within 90 days, unless we must keep certain records longer for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can export your lead records at any time from the dashboard. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing superminesales@gmail.com. You can uninstall the extension at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
